We are responding to an urgent need to connect more people, more fully with the natural world around us. We want to support parents, families and communities to work together to understand the importance of a close relationship with nature, for physical, mental, spiritual wellbeing, and for the future sustainability of our planet.
We are passionate about sharing the knowledge of how connections with nature can improve mental and physical well-being – we welcome people of all ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, economic backgrounds, religions, health and disabilities to join the next cohort for our FREE weekly activities in nature.
Notice nature through therapeutic activities, challenges and campaigns.
Create a space, and things that prompt people to get closer to nature.
Supportive social connection is fostered through the dynamics of an inclusive wellbeing community.
Educating people about the environment, supporting people's wellbeing, and increasing resilience.
