Costs:

Bespoke corporate wellbeing workshops: £50pp with a minimum of 4 people.

Includes: A forest bathing session and introduction to the benefits of nature and nature-connection on wellbeing. A choice of either Therapeutic  Horticulture, Yoga, Mindfulness or Woodcraft session, camp fire and refreshments.

Introduction to nature-based practice for mental health and wellbeing: £85pp

Site Rental Cost: Single session up to 4 hours – £60 / Full day up to 8 hours – £100

Team Building

Looking for a unique location for staff wellbeing or team building days? Bring your staff team, or department to Old Wood Organic CIC for respite, well-being or planning sessions. Benefit from facilitated nature-based activities that will benefit individuals and aid group cohesion.

Research Opportunities

There is a growing body of evidence that woodlands provide a number of wellbeing benefits and this has led to a number of initiatives and projects.
